Terms and Conditions for VusionRecycling Hosts

1. Introduction This document sets forth the terms under which businesses may host VusionRecycling collection boxes. These boxes are designed to safely collect various vaping products for recycling.

2. Host Qualifications Only businesses may apply to host a collection box. Hosts are responsible for complying with all local regulations and safety standards applicable to their business and the placement of the box.

3. Maintenance and Safety Requirements Hosts must place the box away from direct sunlight, fire, and any flammable objects. The box must be maintained within the maximum load capacity indicated on the box. Hosts are responsible for ensuring the box is kept in good condition and free from overfilling.

4. Damage and Replacement Policy Accidental damage to the box, such as rips or breakage from falls, will be assessed for a replacement at no cost, within reasonable limits. Repeated or deliberate damage may lead to a reevaluation of host eligibility.

5. Suspicious Activity and Location Suspension We reserve the right to suspend a host location if there is evidence of suspicious activity, including but not limited to excessively frequent deposits, charging fees for box use, or unauthorized sale of the boxes.

6. Pick-Up Scheduling Hosts are responsible for scheduling pick-ups through our website or app. Pick-ups should be scheduled no less than once every 30 days. Failure to schedule timely pick-ups is the sole responsibility of the host.

7. Accessibility and Placement The collection box must be placed in a location accessible to all potential users. It is the host’s responsibility to ensure that the box is easily accessible and visible to the public.

8. Miscellaneous These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes arising under these terms will be handled according to UK law through the appropriate legal processes. Vusion Limited reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
